Results: In her consultation, this patient pointed out her jowls, neck area, and expressed wanting her midface lifted. We also discussed her desire to address skin irregularities like light wrinkles, freckles, sunspots, and unevenness. To address her skin concerns, we decided to add on a CO2 laser treatment in the operating room.

Results: When looking at her face, this patient expressed wanting to address the general “downturned” appearance her face had taken on. She also wanted to address skin unevenness, dark spots, fleckling, and light wrinkling throughout. We added a CO2 laser treatment to her surgery to address her skin concerns. She wore a hat and stayed indoors for roughly five days and then felt comfortable going about her routine as usual.

Results: This patient wanted to address her platysmal banding on her neck as well as her lower face descent and her skin consistency. After her procedures, her face appears more upturned, more refreshed, and her neck is more taut. We also coupled her surgery with a CO2 laser treatment to address her skin concerns. After her surgery, her skin is noticeably brighter with less freckling, light wrinkles, and unevenness.
