Details: This patient desired a more youthful lip contour with fullness. A Hyaluronic Acid Filler was used to define her lip borders as well as plump her upper and lower lip body. She desired a natural, rather than an “overdone” look.
Procedure: Nasolabial Fold Filler Injection
Details: This patient desired to have her naso-labial folds muted along her nose and upper lips. She is a younger patient and hyaluronic acid filler responds well in this patient population. A small amount of filler was used to accomplish her goals.

Age: Late 80s
Details: Though this patient was not a candidate for surgery, she still wanted to find a way to address sagging in her face that occurred after significant weight loss. During her consultation, we discussed a bespoke plan to slowly inject filler over a series of appointments. To achieve her goals, I placed filler in her temples, mid-cheek area, and nasolabial folds. We also added botox to address light wrinkling around her eyes. Now, her cheeks are lifted, her nasolabial folds are less pronounced, and her temples are flush with the natural contours of her face.
