Details: This patient had concerns of eyelid heaviness and an affected visual field. He expressed that he’d like to lessen the discomfort of his eyelids as well as regain some of his visual field back. We performed a modest upper blepharoplasty to ease his concerns. This two-hour in-office procedure was performed with oral sedatives.
