Procedure: Upper Blepharoplasty

Details: This patient had concerns of excess skin on her eyelids. She felt that her eyelids made her look “tired and angry” and wanted them to look “brighter and refreshed”. We performed an upper blepharoplasty with a deep plane facelift, lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition and skin pinch, lateral brow lift, and earlobe reduction to address her other aesthetic concerns. These procedures were performed at a surgery center under local anesthesia.
