Procedure: EvoLyft-Deep Plane Facelift, Lateral Brow Lift, Full Face C02 Laser Resurfacing

Details: This patient desired a more youthful appearance and wished to present to the world more how she feels on the inside. I performed an EvoLyft Deep Plane Facelift, which works to bring natural results with improved recovery and downtime. Within 3 weeks she was well on her way to healing and had been back at her job within a few weeks. Not everyone recovers as quickly as this, however with the EvoLyft the recovery times are shortened. Adding a Lateral Brow Lift improves the heaviness around her eyes as well as lifting her temporal area. Additionally, as is common, a C02 Laser was performed at the time of the twilight anesthesia and syncs well with her recovering time from the procedure in general.

Details: Patient has been on a weightloss journey and desired a more lifted appearance. She had been loving the way she felt, but wanted that represented externally. With the above listed procedures I was able to restore her soft tissues that had fallen with gravity and provide a refreshed look. While a decent amount of procedures were performed, they all work in concert to bring a nice balanced result with minimal scarring.

Details: This patient had a previous cheek implant placed many years ago by another surgeon. The implant had become dislodged and was pushing into her skin. We elected to remove this implant and then lift up her cheek complex with an Endoscopic Midface Lift which uses her native cheek tissue to provide strength and projection. This will age with her over the years as it is her tissue now lifted, rather than an implant. Additionally, we lifted her jowls and nasolabial folds, as well as neck bands with a full deep plane facelift. These photos were taken 4 weeks after her surgery.

Details: This patient desired a strong lifted appearance, while still maintaining a natural contour to her face. The strength of the deep plane facelift is its ability to lift the cheeks into a more restored position, rather than having to "pull" to the side as other techniques often do. Of note, she had silicone injections into her lips many years ago by another surgeon which is permanent. She was bothered by how strong her central lip appeared. I balanced her lip with a corner of the lip lift as silicone is permanent and cannot be removed.

Details: This patient wished to have her lower jowls lifted along with her neck muscle bands (platysma bands) corrected. She additionally wanted her cheeks to become more prominent and lifted. A deep plane facelift was performed along with a neck lift/platysmaplasty.

Details: This patient desired to have her jowls, neck bands, mid-face, and drooping upper eyelid skin corrected. A deep plane facelift was performed to lift her mid-face and lower jowls while lifting her corner of lips in a natural way. Her neck bands were treated with a small incision hidden under her chin (Platysmaplasty). Her redundant eyelid skin was removed in a natural way.
