Procedure: Endoscopic Mid-Face Lift
Details: This patient underwent an isolated, minimally invasive, endoscopic mid-face lift for her cheeks. She felt her lower eyelid and mid-face was drooping. A dissolvable endotine was used to lift her cheek and “reset” is on her bone. There is modest movement of her lower jowls, although this is not the main goal of the procedure.
Procedure: Endoscopic Mid-Face Lift
Age: 60s
Details: This patient desired her cheeks more lifted, so a mid-face lift was employed. This involves a small incision in the scalp and a small incision in the mouth. The cheek complex is lifted off of the bone, in the deep layer. The cheek complex then re-establishes itself higher on the cheek. I also modified the procedure to lift her temporal region, as well as her outside eyebrow. I often do this procedure alone, however she was also interested in improving her lower face and neck. In this case was also performed a deep plane facelift as well as a deep plane neck lift with platysmaplasty.
